Privacy Policy
Entangle Pty Ltd · ABN 47 666 502 898 · Last updated 25 July 2026
Entangle Pty Ltd ("Entangle", "we", "us") is an Australian growth marketing agency. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It covers this website, our other websites at entangle.com.au and its subdomains, and the enquiries, calls, and services connected to them.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website, typically when you submit a form, book a call, or email us.
- Business information you choose to share with us, such as your advertising spend range, your goals, and documents like the advertising reports you bring to a call.
- Technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit our sites, such as pages viewed, device and browser details, IP address, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you fill in a form, book a time, join a call, or correspond with us. We collect technical data automatically through analytics and advertising tools running on our sites, currently including Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set cookies or use similar identifiers.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for and run calls you book with us.
- To provide, administer, and improve our services and websites.
- To measure and improve our own advertising, including building advertising audiences from site activity.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect our legal interests.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, scheduling, email, and customer relationship management tools, and only for the purposes above. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
Our sites use cookies and pixels to understand how visitors use them and to measure and target our advertising. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, and through the ad preference settings offered by Google and Meta. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our sites work.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing aaron@entangle.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date above updated when it changes.
