These terms govern your use of the websites operated by Entangle Pty Ltd ("Entangle", "we", "us"), including entangle.com.au and its subdomains, and any free calls or materials you receive through them. By using our sites or booking a call, you agree to these terms. Paid engagements with Entangle are governed by their own written proposals and agreements, which take precedence over these terms where they differ.
Our services
Our sites describe our growth marketing services and let you book calls with us, including free analysis calls. Anything we share on a free call or on our sites is general marketing analysis based on the information available to us at the time. It is not financial, legal, or accounting advice, and outcomes from acting on it will vary with your business, your market, and how the work is carried out.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including when booking calls.
- Only share business information, such as advertising reports, that you have the right to share with us.
- Use our sites lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt them, probe them for vulnerabilities, or misuse any forms or booking tools.
Confidentiality
Business information you share with us for a call is treated as confidential, is used only to prepare for and run that call and any follow-up you request, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of our sites, including text, design, and branding, belongs to Entangle or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission. Materials we prepare for you on or after a free call are yours to use within your business. Our name, logo, methods, and templates remain ours.
Third-party services
Our sites link to and rely on third-party services, such as scheduling and video call tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our sites and free calls are provided as-is, and to the extent permitted by law our total liability in connection with them is limited, at our election, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or revenue, arising from your use of our sites or reliance on general analysis shared on a free call.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be available on this page with the date above updated. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
